Serenity was a 3/4-sister to Harmony and she was bred twice, making her the other matriarch of APAW. Serenity was initially raised to become a service dog and then met expectations so wonderfully that it was decided that her genes should help establish the APAW lines prior to her being spayed. Her line continues through her daughters Blossom and Dawn.
Serenity was a therapy dog at multiple locations through-out her whole life, taught many audiences about service dogs during her live demonstrations with her partner, and became a service dog for her partner once retired from breeding.
Serenity lived a long and healthy life, declining quickly just prior to her 14th birthday. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family.
