Available Dogs

This page is for individual dogs who are seeking new forever homes to move to. Sometimes dogs are available for outright purchase/retiring from our breeding program, and other times it’s a dog seeking a local guardian home where they will live forever other than still having some obligations to be available for our breeding use (usually 1-2 litters for a female, or remaining intact for potential stud service if a male). Young pups, when available, are listed through our Current Litters page rather than here.

Seeking Guardian Homes

A guardian placement from APAW means that the dog remains intact and legally owned by us, but they are placed for free in the home they will live in forever; they need to remain available for our breeding program (usually 1-2 litters for a female, or remaining intact for potential stud service if a male). Ownership will be signed-over to the guardian at no cost once we are ready to retire the dog from breeding.

Clue – 10/9/2020 – 19″, 28 lbs

(Karbits Clue Chaser)

Available: any time, no rush

Clue is a sweet and sensitive boy, nervous of strangers but very social and playful with his person (Jillian). His tail is nearly always up and wagging and he gives lots of kisses and loves to run and play with other dogs or his person.

He has not had any particular training but is a very easy keeper, calm and quiet in the house, loves his crate, great appetite, gets along with all other dogs.

Clue is seeking just the right guardian home within an hour or so of central Massachusetts. His ideal home will be a quiet home with a female as his person, who understands how to help him build his confidence. He would love to live with other dogs. He would probably love dog sports without stranger-interaction including rally, freestyle, tricks, parkour, coursing and barn hunt, etc.

Visit our Studs page to see more pics of Clue, his health testing, pedigree, etc.
